Description: Hm hard to describe this I am Beta testing the upcoming Affinity Designer by Serif the makers of Draw Plus for Windows I dragged my Starsvg to it changed the color to sort of gold and applied one effectI liked the result so I exported it to SVG Of course I examined the resultant SVG file just to see it was really a bitmap and not an actual vector graphic It looks good mind you
